A shorter-length feminine jacket with hanging front pockets. The jacket is fully wind and waterproof with taped seams, equally suited to leisurely walks or a stroll around town. It has a rounded hem, and the hood, cuffs and waist are all adjustable as needed. The hood is fixed and can be concealed inside the collar. The jacket has a concealed front zip with protective storm flap. PFC-free water-repellent finish.
