Lilian Parka

A great coat, nice and warm, perfect length and waterproof. I love it.

I initially wore the parka with just a t-shirt underneath, but it was too cold; you can feel the cold coming right through the jacket. The second time, I wore a wool-blend winter sweater and winter underwear, but the cold still penetrated. This isn't a warm winter coat, no. I desperately need a warm coat because I ride a tricycle due to my mobility impairment, which I also use to walk my dog. The coat wasn't cheap, and I thought I'd made the right choice, but I was wrong. It's only going to get colder, so what then?! Can you show me a very affordable, thick, windproof, and waterproof coat, but it absolutely has to have a drawstring hood? That would be a huge help; I don't want to freeze. Thanks.
