Luna Parka

service is not OK at all, I ordered my size 42 but is was too big, so I ordered a new one size 40 and received a message my payment did not go through, so I order a size 40 again and in the end I received 2 order confirmations for the same size 40. i contacted the support to cancel 1 order, but they did not accept, I also asked to credit the transport cost which is 15 euro instead of the 7 euro for transport to Europe, the answer is no again. So their service is not at all customer friendly. They confirmed that my payment did not came through, so I ordered it again and in the end I will end up with 2 same jackets, for which I pay twice the transport cost and they cannot do anything about it. very very bad service if you ask me, certainly if you think it is their fault and not mine. I will certainly not recommend this company to anyone.

Small in size. Not as warm as I thought.

The coat actually deserves five stars. Nice cut, high-quality workmanship, nice and warm. BUT: The outer pockets aren't practical. It would be much more comfortable if you could slip your hand in from the side. Accessing it from the top is simply awkward. Therefore, the coat is returned with a heavy heart.

I'm very satisfied 😀

I am absolutely satisfied

The postage option was awful. I never received my order after 10 daya it was sent back. Not a great experience at all
