Subscribing to the newsletter from Didriksons Regnkläder AB means that you will receive personalised communications containing both personalised and general benefits and offers. You will also receive personalised news, product recommendations, inspiration, invitations to enter competitions, events, clearance sales, product testing and surveys specifically tailored to you. Your personal offers cannot be transferred to or used by anyone else.

To ensure the best experience possible, we collect and analyse certain data about you; for example, purchasing and click history and your specified preferences. This data helps us to provide you with better and more relevant offers, communication, benefits, inspiration and product recommendations. The insights can also be used to develop our range as well as the Didriksons brand and website.

UNSUBSCRIBING

Your subscription remains active until cancelled by either you or Didriksons Regnkläder AB. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer service or clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our e-mails. Once you unsubscribe, all personal data that has been collected and processed in order to fulfil these terms and conditions will be deleted.

If you do not make a purchase or your account is inactive for 36 months, your subscription will automatically be terminated and the personal data collected and processed in order to fulfil these terms and conditions will be deleted.

In the event of misuse, Didriksons Regnkläder AB reserves the right to terminate your subscription immediately.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are subject to change. Before any changes come into force, you will be informed either via the website (didriksons.com) or by e-mail. In the event of major and significant changes, you will be informed well in advance of the changes coming into force.
