Accessibility on didriksons.com
We want everyone to be able to shop with us, whatever their needs. That's why we continuously work to make didriksons.com as accessible as possible, including for you if you use a screen reader, navigate with a keyboard or have a visual, hearing, motor or cognitive impairment.
How we have built the website
On 9 June 2026, we launched a new version of didriksons.com, built with accessibility at its core:
Clear structure: the pages are built so that assistive technologies such as screen readers can interpret headings, lists and forms.
Readability: we have worked with colour contrast so that text and important functions are easy to distinguish.
Keyboard: the website is designed to be usable without a mouse.
Mobile and zoom: the website works on different screen sizes and can be enlarged.
Which standard we follow
We follow the guidelines of WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the requirements of the EU Accessibility Directive (European Accessibility Act).
How well do we meet the requirements?
Didriksons.com is currently partially compliant with the requirements. We have identified shortcomings, which we are continuously addressing.
Third-party content
Some functions on the website are provided by external partners. We set requirements for our partners, but cannot always guarantee that their solutions meet the same level of accessibility.
Experiencing problems?
If something on the website doesn't work for you, or if you need help completing a purchase, we'd like to know. That way, we can help you right away and improve the website at the same time.
