Brexit Information: deliveries to the United Kingdom

The Brexit agreements will enter into force on January 1, 2021. The United Kingdom withdrawal from the EU will not be affecting you as a customer, as you will be able to continue shopping with us at Didriksons without any extra customs fees added. All applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price when you place your order and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

 

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping varies depending on the country to which the order is delivered. We will ship your package using DHL Express, which offers several different convenient and flexible delivery options for you as a customer.

United Kingdom | DHL Express (2-3 business days) | 15 GBP
United Kingdom | DHL Express Economy Select (3-6 business days) | 8 GBP
 

Europe | DHL Express (1-3 business days) | 15 EUR
Europe | DHL Express Economy Select (3-5 business days) | 8 EUR

USA | DHL Express (1-2 business days) | 10 USD

 

How long do deliveries take?

If you place your order before 11 noon CET on any weekday, we will ship it the same day. Orders placed at any other time will be shipped the next working day.

We ship all deliveries using DHL Express and, depending on where you live, we guarantee delivery within 2-5 working days. DHL will keep you up to date by e-mail or SMS during the delivery process regarding estimated delivery date and time. If the delivery arrangements are not convenient for you, you can rearrange your delivery via DHL Express. You can easily choose when, where and how you wish your package to be delivered.

 

Can I track my order?

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive information from DHL via e-mail or SMS allowing you to track your package. If the delivery arrangements are not convenient for you, you can rearrange your delivery via DHL Express. You can easily choose when, where and how you wish your package to be delivered.

 

Has my order been shipped?

We will send an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided when placing your order to notify you when your order is on its way. This will include information to allow you to track your package.

 

I haven’t received my order. Can you help me?

If your order does not arrive and you suspect it has been lost in transit, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.

 

Can I have my package delivered to a different address?

We partner with DHL Express, which handles delivery quickly, easily and securely. DHL Express offers several different convenient and flexible delivery options for you as the recipient. During the delivery process you will receive regular updates via SMS/e-mail with a link to DHL On Demand Delivery, so you can easily choose the delivery option that suits you.
