OUR CULTURE

Our history of creating functional, sustainable and well-designed clothing that protects against the wind and weather has made its mark on our culture. Teamwork and an inclusive climate are what got us here. We assist one another with knowledge and there are many opportunities for individual learning and development.

FITNESS AND WORK-LIFE BALANCE

We believe that integration between our departments is crucial for wellbeing. And it’s something that we readily encourage by, for example, offering possibilities for shared fitness activities together with colleagues in working hours. We are convinced that by maintaining a healthy balance between work and home life we perform better and are more inspired in our work.

GREAT PLACE TO WORK®

We are certified by Great Place to Work®, which produce an annual ranking of Sweden’s best workplaces. They rank companies by means of annual studies based on culture-promoting activities and anonymous evaluations from employees. We are proud of our certification by Great Place to Work® and our objective is to be one of the best companies in the country.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUSTAINABILITY

As a company, we have a general responsibility to minimise our environmental impact. We always endeavour to ensure that our decisions are as climate-smart as possible, for example, using as little water and electricity as possible and regularly following up on our environmental work and continuously making improvements.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

We also have a responsibility to ensure that everyone working for and with us is happy in their work. Our code of conduct is based on the ILO’s core conventions concerning working conditions and rights at work, and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. The requirements are based on employment contracts in which all producers must sign up to the code of conduct and thus pledge to comply with the requirements.
