Queries regarding your order?
If you haven’t received a confirmation to your e-mail address, you can double-check your junk mail folder. If the confirmation isn’t in there either, it could be that the wrong e-mail address was entered from the outset. You can always contact us to make sure that your order has been registered.
Sometimes technology malfunctions. Try opening a different browser to see if it works better. If that doesn’t work either, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to help you.
In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order will be processed shortly after being placed. If your order has not yet been dispatched, it may be possible to cancel it. Contact our customer service team and we will check if it is possible to stop your order.
If you want to make a change to an order that has already been placed, please contact our customer service team. Depending how far along we are with processing your order, we may be able to help you make changes. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any requested changes.
We produce two collections a year, spring/summer and autumn/winter, and, depending on the product, our stocks are replenished roughly twice each season. Feel free to contact our customer service team to ask about the status of incoming deliveries to our warehouse. We may also refer you to one of our retailers, who may have the product still in stock.
