Brexit Information: deliveries to and from the United Kingdom

The Brexit agreements will enter into force on January 1, 2021. The United Kingdom withdrawal from the EU will not be affecting you as a customer, as you will be able to continue shopping with us at Didriksons without any extra customs fees added. All applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price when you place your order and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Should you require to return an item, you will need a proforma invoice for the package to be handled by DHL. Please use the proforma invoice that is included in your order.

You hand in your package to one of DHL's Express agents. You may also book a pick-up via DHL's website.


How do I know that you’ve received my order?

If you haven’t received a confirmation to your e-mail address, you can double-check your junk mail folder. If the confirmation isn’t in there either, it could be that the wrong e-mail address was entered from the outset. You can always contact us to make sure that your order has been registered.


I’m having trouble placing an order. Can you help me?

Sometimes technology malfunctions. Try the steps below if you encounter a technical error when trying to place an order. If that doesn’t work either, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to help you.

  • Close and reopen your browser
  • Use the most up-to-date browser version
  • Clear your cookies
  • Make sure you aren’t using a restricted network; such as a work connection
  • Try a different devices (smart phone or desktop)
  • Switch browser. Currently, using Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge can cause problems.


I want to cancel or change my order – what do I do?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change or delete an order. In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order will be processed shortly after being placed.


The product is out of stock. Will you be getting more stock?

We produce two collections a year, spring/summer and autumn/winter, and, depending on the product, our stocks are replenished roughly twice each season. Feel free to contact our customer service team to ask about the status of incoming deliveries to our warehouse. We may also refer you to one of our retailers, who may have the product still in stock.
