Our Polarbjörnen parka is an extra warm parka designed for cold winters, with a straight-cut fit and a slightly dipped rear hem. It is made from a breathable and fully windproof and waterproof fabric and has taped seams. Polarbjörnen has two front pockets with velcro fasteners. There are reflectors at the cuffs and on the back. The hood and its faux fur trim with reflective threads are both detachable. The parka has a zip covered by a protective storm flap at the centre front. The sleeves have inner cuffs with thumbholes and a loop for attaching gloves or mittens. Polarbjörnen features the “Extend size” function, which means that the sleeves can be extended by up to one size. The hem of the jacket can be adjusted using a drawstring. The padding is 100% GRS certified recycled polyester fibres and the lining has been dyed using a solution dyeing technique. This technique saves up to 80% water compared to conventionally dyed fabric in the same material. PFC-free water-repellent finish. Name tag with space for several names.

Take care of your garment, consider how you handle and store it. Here and on the inside of the garment you will find washing instructions to help you look after it in the best possible way. Wash only when needed and air or wipe garments over with a damp cloth in the first instance. Reactivate the impregnation treatment on waterproof garments by ironing them in accordance with the washing instructions. Repair tears with repair patches and contact us for spare parts. No breathability - This garment has a low capacity for transporting moisture in the form of water vapour, which means that you may experience a damp, clammy feeling if you plan to wear the garment for any significant level of physical activity.

Breathability - This garment has a breathability level between 4,000-10,000 g/m²/24h and is made with the ability to transport water vapour through the fabric.

Mechanical breathability - This garment offers mechanical breathability, which means that we have incorporated one or more vents into the garment so that air can pass through. These vents are carefully positioned, so that water cannot penetrate the garment.
