Silicate is a functional jacket designed to withstand all your outdoor adventures. It is made from a waterproof fabric that protects against both rain and wind, and features taped seams for extra protection. The jacket has a detachable hood with a shaped brim for additional protection against the elements.

With a practical front zip, protected by a flap with Velcro and buttons, you stay warm and dry. The jacket has an ergonomic fit with elasticated cuffs and a loop for attaching gloves. It also features a ski pass pocket and an inner mesh pocket for secure storage. Reflective details and a reflective logo increase visibility in the dark.

The garment has a name label with space for several names, which is practical for those who will inherit or buy second-hand. The zip never lies directly against the chin thanks to the collar's design.

Take care of your garment, consider how you handle and store it. Here and on the inside of the garment you will find washing instructions to help you look after it in the best possible way. Wash only when needed and air or wipe garments over with a damp cloth in the first instance. Reactivate the impregnation treatment on waterproof garments by ironing them in accordance with the washing instructions. Repair tears with repair patches and contact us for spare parts. Remember that everyone experiences heat differently and some people feel the cold more than others. This scale is intended to provide a pointer regarding how warm a garment is.

Shell - This is a shell garment and has no insulating properties.

Warm - This garment is warm and has insulating properties with a padding level between 100-140 g/m².

Extra warm - This garment is extra warm and has highly insulating properties with a padding level between 160-300 g/m².

Breathability - This garment has a breathability level between 4,000-10,000 g/m²/24h and is made with the ability to transport water vapour through the fabric.

No breathability - This garment has a low capacity for transporting moisture in the form of water vapour, which means that you may experience a damp, clammy feeling if you plan to wear the garment for any significant level of physical activity.

Breathability - This garment has a breathability level between 4,000-10,000 g/m²/24h and is made with the ability to transport water vapour through the fabric.

Mechanical breathability - This garment offers mechanical breathability, which means that we have incorporated one or more vents into the garment so that air can pass through. These vents are carefully positioned, so that water cannot penetrate the garment.
