A practical rainwear set made from a thin, flexible and 100% recyclable polyester, perfect for packing into a bag. Being 100% recyclable means that it is prepared for a new future when the rain set has come to the end of its life, and it is prepared to be recycled and turned into a new fabric. The set is windproof and waterproof with taped seams and has a protective storm flap down the front. The jacket has a detachable hood and can be adjusted at the hem and cuffs for optimum fit. The pants have an elasticated waistband and can be adjusted at the hem with a snap fastener. PFC-free water-repellent finish.

Polyester is a synthetic material used in garments that need to be water repellent, lightweight, breathable or able to transport moisture away from the body – whether working in unison or on their own, depending on the function of the garment. Take care of your garment, consider how you handle and store it. Here and on the inside of the garment you will find washing instructions to help you look after it in the best possible way. Wash only when needed and air or wipe garments over with a damp cloth in the first instance. Reactivate the impregnation treatment on waterproof garments by ironing them in accordance with the washing instructions. Repair tears with repair patches and contact us for spare parts. Below is a simple summary of which garments have insulating properties. The warmth scale is based on a number of factors such as weight of padding, type of padding, length, and construction of the garment.

Remember that everyone experiences heat differently and some people feel the cold more than others. This scale is intended to provide a pointer regarding how warm a garment is.

Heat_2.png Warm - This garment is warm and has insulating properties with a padding level between 100-140 g/m².
Heat_3.png Extra warm - This garment is extra warm and has highly insulating properties with a padding level between 160-300 g/m².
Performance AttributesBreathability - This garment has a breathability level between 4,000-10,000 g/m²/24h and is made with the ability to transport water vapour through the fabric.

breathable_1.png No breathability - This garment has a low capacity for transporting moisture in the form of water vapour, which means that you may experience a damp, clammy feeling if you plan to wear the garment for any significant level of physical activity.
Breathable_2.png Breathability - This garment has a breathability level between 4,000-10,000 g/m²/24h and is made with the ability to transport water vapour through the fabric.
Breathable_3.png Mechanical breathability - This garment offers mechanical breathability, which means that we have incorporated one or more vents into the garment so that air can pass through. These vents are carefully positioned, so that water cannot penetrate the garment.
