Great jacket

Very happy with my new Erin parka. Feminine shape, but not oversized. 1.60 m tall, I wear size 38/40 in pants and bought size 36; there's room for a sweater on cold days. The drawstring at the back is a smart feature that lets you adjust the fit. It's shorter in the front, which makes it a neater fit for a shorter woman. This is my 4th Didriksons outerwear item. Didriksons' descriptions and garment measurements are informative and accurate.

The Eris Parka is a beautiful looking coat, I spent a long time choosing one that met my needs with regard to warmth and water proofing. The silhouette is generous for walking and active movement, even without deploying the two way zip. Quality wise it looks great, feels good on, the level of insulation is just right for what I am looking for. Hood, zips and pockets (internal and external) all good, lovely generous collar that will really keep me snug in colder weather. The cuffs are excellent. I would say the product is true to size, but if you want to comfortably fit several layers under, which I do for a trip to Norway, I sized up to give me enough wriggle room. The reason it isn't 4 stars is that I haven't actually worn it yet, but I have spent a couple of days trying it with all different combinations of layers to be sure I am happy with the size.

Very comfortable parka, perfect for rain and wind!

I’m delighted with the quality and color. The parka could be half a size smaller, but as it is, it gives me the option of wearing something thicker underneath. This is already my second one from Didrikson. I bought myself a really warm parka last winter ... I’m very satisfied ...
