The item is very good. The ordering process has some shortcomings. I ordered the item on Sunday evening and realized half an hour later that I needed a different size. But I was no longer able to cancel the order... Does no one process these requests on Sunday evenings, or am I missing something? This is inconvenient and unusual. It’s a shame—the Südwest jacket is great in the right size, which I now have, but we unnecessarily shipped a package back and forth at my expense. Best regards from Bordesholm Michael
