Catastrophic. Product ordered and Postnord confirms 09.10.26 that the package is on its way to them. Write to customer service but no answer and no communication. Still haven't received my purchased product. Just received an email with a satisfaction survey: How satisfied are you with your new product??? I haven't received my product yet!!!!!!
