The jacket is great; this is the 4th Didriksons jacket I’ve bought in the last 5 years. However, it may also be the last. I received the wrong size in the first shipment from you and was forced to place a second order. I’m still chasing the refund for the first order with the wrong size. I had to place a second order because of your mistake and paid twice. You received the return on October 21, and I haven’t even received a confirmation email from you. Your customer service in Sweden is excellent! But your logistics are absolutely terrible!

I already have several Didriksons parkas and jackets because I like this brand. I thought this parka ran a little small compared with other Didriksons jackets. I also thought the collar on the hood could have been a bit fuller. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine.

Please introduce this red to other jacket/parka models too.
